Federico Ramírez leads ComparaFácil as CEO, bringing direct experience from the insurance industry and from building solutions focused on real customer needs. He has led one of the fastest-growing insurance brokerage firms in Central America, with experience across life, health, general risk, cargo, cyber, aviation and liability insurance. His approach combines technical expertise, commercial judgment and a leadership philosophy rooted in his personal and professional mantra: “lead by example”.

Leo Tinoco leads operations, commercial strategy and partnership development at ComparaFácil as COO. He has experience building and scaling sales companies such as Sellerate, as well as in digital transformation, business development and regional go-to-market. He was Director of Digital Transformation at EPAM and currently leads the Business Unit at Baker Tilly, bringing expertise in B2B sales, strategic alliances, technology, professional services and commercial execution.
